I am a practising counsellor based in the Plymouth area
I am committed to providing counselling in a safe, confidential and non-judgemental environment. I love witnessing client growth and recovery and the privilege of being part of their journey. My passion is my work with my clients.
As an Integrative Counsellor, I work in more than one way using Person Centred, Gestalt, CBT, Mindfulness and Transpersonal models to help clients explore what is troubling them and to heal and grow, all within a safe, non-judgmental space. Through everything, the client remains at the centre of all our work and my commitment to you is total.
As a therapist, my work with you will be to facilitate change and to do that I want to see and understand your world as you see it, and your place within it. I want to hear your experience and how that experience impacts on your world.

In addition to my counselling skills, I bring life experience offering added value to the therapeutic experience.
With a lifelong passion for people whether through mentoring, coaching, training and motivational skills during careers in management, personnel or past business experience, counselling is my natural home and the vehicle that enables my lifelong passion to be put to best use to help others.

I trained at Heartwood Counselling an Psychotherapy College, Dartington Devon for over 3 years.

Fees are£45 per 60 minute session.
I offer an initial no-obligation 30-minute consultation, either video call or telephone, for a two-way-assessment so that both sides are comfortable about working together and to understand what you would like to gain from counselling.
